Gourav Prasad, a meritorious NCC cadet and a second year student pursuing B.Com (Hons.) has been selected by DGNCC for the Youth Exchange programme in Vietnam.

The NCC delegation will visit the country from 18th June to 27th June,2019 . It is a rare opportunity given to a cadet.
